It does crash regardless of what printer I try to print to, have not tried saving the print to a PDF. I doubt the latter is the issue since IE crashes on you when trying different printers, but it is worth a shot. Also, I know they have to use IE, but have you tested printing from their computer with Chrome or Firefox to see if they work or crash as well?
